Editorial Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

The Staffing Playbook covers healthcare practice operations for an audience of owners, administrators, and front-office teams. The CallSphere Health Team is accountable for what we publish and for correcting it when it falls short of these standards.

1. Scope and purpose

Our articles explain operational topics such as scheduling, patient communications, staffing, documentation workflows, and revenue-cycle administration. They are educational and are not a substitute for medical, legal, coding, billing, or compliance advice tailored to a particular practice.

2. Editorial responsibility

Articles are published under the CallSphere Health Team when the organization, rather than an individual specialist, is the responsible author. We do not invent expert biographies or imply a clinical review that did not occur. Material requiring clinical, legal, or regulatory expertise should identify and link to the qualified reviewer or primary authority before publication.

3. AI assistance

Our workflow may use artificial intelligence to assist with research discovery, outlining, drafting, editing, or formatting. AI output is not treated as a source or an authority. CallSphere Health remains responsible for the resulting article, and automated production alone is not sufficient for a page to be promoted in our blog, feeds, or search sitemap.

4. Sources and claims

Factual claims should be supported by current primary sources whenever practical, including government agencies, official standards, original research, and first-party product documentation. Sources should be linked close to the claim. We distinguish CallSphere product capabilities from general industry guidance and avoid presenting marketing claims as independent evidence.

5. Review and updates

We prioritize accuracy, usefulness, clear authorship, original analysis, and meaningful differences between articles. Pages created from geographic or other templates are withheld from discovery surfaces until they receive a substantive editorial review. Publication dates are not changed merely to make old material appear fresh.

6. Corrections

Readers can report an error to sagar@callsphere.ai with the article URL and supporting information. We investigate material reports, correct confirmed errors, and remove content that cannot be made accurate or genuinely useful.
